Compare male Caucasian, Christian, 50 years old, father and grandfather

Family beliefs changed from being judgmental to a little more liberal or at least more forgiving

Communicate mostly verbally but there is a lot of unspoken understandings within the family

Current family goals to love unconditionally, forgive easily

Gender roles have changed from the male being the bread winner/head of household to more of a partnership in marriage. There is more equality  in the role for women now. Spiritually everyone is christian but have different beliefs on the  journey to heaven, one believes you have to be of a certain denomination in order to go to heaven, others believe any denomination who lives a christian life will go to heaven. Alternative lifestyles are accepted but not approved of.
